Rejuvenate and protect

Yep I’m a former professional athlete 🙂 just trying to maintain strength at 42 without lifting a ton of weights. My body has been through the wringer from so much training. I played in college in Michigan for 4 years then went to Europe and played professionally for 8 years. I don’t train with heavy weights anymore my body can’t take it so I love your class.  It makes me still feel good about my body.
